Created by Chef Lesle, this bright green smoothie blends rehydrated Subarashii Kudamono Dried Asian Pears with fresh spinach, lemon, celery, and ginger. Lightly sweet and vibrantly green, it’s a refreshing way to start the day—or reset your palate.
Makes 1 large or 2 small drinks.
½ cup water
1 small lemon, peel and pith removed
½ stalk celery, diced
2 ounces dried Subarashii Kudamono Asian Pears, reconstituted in water and chopped (reserving ½ cup water)
½ tsp. minced fresh ginger
2 cups fresh spinach leaves
½ cup ice
