Created by Chef Annabel, this gently layered parfait combines fresh or rehydrated Subarashii Kudamono Asian Pears with plain yogurt blended with a touch of Asian Pear Spread. Topped with a mix of dried pear pieces, cereal, or nuts, it’s a refreshing, lightly sweet dish—perfect as a wholesome breakfast or a cool afternoon snack.
Serves 2.
2 Tbsp. of plain yogurt

½ tsp. of pear spread
1 Tbsp. of a mix of dried pears & cereals/nuts
* If fresh Subarashii pears are not in season use 1 cup of dried Asian Pears, chopped & reconstituted in warm water
