Created by Chef Lesle, this fresh guacamole gets a bright, unexpected lift from Subarashii Kudamono Asian Pear Vinegar. Mashed with avocado, scallions, bell pepper, and cilantro, it’s a colorful, tangy take on the classic—perfectly balanced and endlessly scoopable.
Serves 4.
2 avocados, peeled and pitted
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
4 Tbsp. Subarashii Kudamono Asian Pear Vinegar (plain)
¼ cup finely diced red bell peppers
¼ cup thinly sliced scallions
¼ cup chopped cilantro
Place avocados, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Break up avocados with a fork. Add vinegar and continue mashing until desired consistency is reached. Stir in bell peppers, scallions and cilantro.
