Created by Chef Terry, this easy afterschool snack pairs crisp slices of EliSan variety Subarashii Kudamono Asian Pear with whole wheat crackers and a swipe of almond butter. Lightly sweet, wholesome, and ready in minutes, it’s a fresh favorite for kids and grown-ups alike.
Serves 4.
16 Whole Wheat Crackers
3 oz. Almond Butter
16 Cracker-sized slices of fresh Subarashii Kudamono Asian Pear (preferably the EliSan Variety)
Spread approximately 1 teaspoon of almond butter on each cracker.
Top with a slice of Asian Pear.
