Created by Chef Judy Joo, this indulgent grilled cheese blends sharp blue cheese and cream cheese with crispy bacon, peppery arugula, and slices of fresh Subarashii […]
This rustic, ready-in-minutes spread is made by softening chopped Subarashii Kudamono Dried Asian Pears with a touch of warm water until thick and spoonable. Naturally sweet with gentle texture, it pairs beautifully with cheese, crackers, or crusty bread—an effortless addition to any board.
1 package of dried Asian Pears (room temperature)
Warm water
Chop into small pieces the contents of a package of Subarashii Dried Asian Pears.
Stir in spoonfuls of lukewarm water until chopped pieces become the consistency of a thick, heavy spread (think chunky homemade salsa).
Place the spread loose atop your cheese board or in decorative bowl. Use a cheese spreader or small spoon. Serve with assorted cheeses, artisan bread or plain crackers.
