
Citrus Salad with dried Asian Pears
Created by Chef Heather, this vibrant fruit salad layers fresh citrus, figs, dates, and tender slices of Subarashii Kudamono Dried Asian Pears. Tossed with a honey-citrus dressing infused with mint and a hint of ginger, it’s a refreshing, naturally sweet dish that feels right at home on the holiday table—or any time brightness is welcome
Serves 4–6.
Ingredients
Citrus Salad
3 large grapefruits (1 pink, 2 yellow), peeled and quartered
3 navel oranges, peeled & quartered
4 to 6 dried figs ‐ quartered
4 dried dates ‐ cut into half, long way
6 oz of dried Subarashii Kudamono dried Asian Pears ‐ halve the slices
Dressing
1 Tbsp. chopped mint leaves
½ cup honey
Fresh squeezed juice from 1 navel orange
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Pinch of dried ginger
Preparation

In a pretty bowl, mix the salad ingredients together.

In a small dish, mix the dressing ingredients together.
