This bold, slow-simmered chili blends smoky chipotle, hearty red beans, and warming spices with the gentle sweetness of fresh Subarashii Kudamono Asian Pears. Balanced with cinnamon, peanut butter, and brown sugar, it’s a deeply satisfying dish that’s as comforting as it is unexpected.
3 Subarashii Kudamono Asian Pears, skinned and chopped
1 ¾ cups brown rice, cooked
2 stalks chopped celery
1 ½ medium red onion chopped
4 oz can chopped chipotle chili peppers
2 ½ Tbsp. Mexican chili powder
2 cans red kidney beans
2 cloves of garlic chopped
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. peanut butter
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
