Created by Erin Clarke, a Nutrition & Dietetics student at Cedar Crest College, this warm and hearty breakfast bowl pairs creamy oats with gently sautéed Subarashii Kudamono Asian Pears. Simmered with cinnamon, vanilla, and a touch of brown sugar, then finished with fruit coated in butter and spices, it’s a cozy morning ritual that feels both wholesome and refined.
Serves 2.
1 cup old fashioned oats
1 ¼ cup cooking liquid (water, milk, flaxseed milk, almond milk)
½ tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. butter
¼ tsp. all spice
½ tsp. cinnamon
1 Subarashii Kudamono Asian Pear (JunoSan if available), washed and diced
